Our international law firm client now seeks a mid to senior level US capital markets/securities associate, to join the established team based in its busy Singapore office. You will be advising issuers and underwriters in public and private securities offerings in theUnited Statesand abroad. Prior transactional experience in Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings, private placements, as well as mergers and acquisitions is essential. Candidates should possess strong academics along and have worked US Securities practice of a leading City or US firm.
