Our client, a market leading and well-regarded UK firm with an established presence in Asia, is currently seeking a mid-level TMT lawyer to join the commercial team of its Hong Kong office. You will be a mid-level TMT associate with 4 to 6 years of PQE and solid TMT experience, ideally acquired within the TMT practice of a leading law firm or as in-house counsel of a technology company. The successful candidate will have experience drafting a variety of IT and commercial agreements, including software development agreements, licensing, distribution and supply agreements, outsourcing agreements and support, maintenance and service level agreements. You will also be fluent in English and Mandarin and preferably be qualified in Hong Kong. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious TMT lawyer looking to join a market leading practice, where you will be working with lawyers who are leaders in their field.
