Our client, a leading national firm, currently has two vacancies for structured asset finance lawyers with three to nine years of post admission experience, to join as Associate and Senior Associate respectively. The structured asset team of this firm is recognised as a market leader and is headed by partners who are internationally regarded as experts in their field. You will work with partners whose combined global experience includes highly complex transactions and acquisitions, for governments and private sector corporations. As well as high quality asset and structured finance experience, the two partners you will be working with also have strong corporate finance and property finance practices. This team has extensive experience representing equity providers, end users, sponsors, providers, defeasance institutions and others in a wide range of structured finance transactions. The team also advises clients across a range of asset groups including aircraft, ships and rolling stock. The successful candidate will gain access to highly quality matters for an elite clientele, as well as excellent career training and development opportunities.
