An exciting opportunity has arisen with this leading international firm, for a corporate lawyer with 7-8 years post admission experience and extensive experience in regulated M&A, IPO’s and PE, to join their busy Sydney office as Senior Associate.
You will join a market leading team with a reputation for high end Mergers & Acquisitions, initial public offerings and private equity matters. The partners in this practice are highly regarded as leaders in their field and working with them, you will receive the highest level of career training and development as well as access to high quality matters for a blue chip clientele.
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants will require excellent academics, extensive experience on regulated M&A and transactions, and experience within another premier national or international firm.
