The Firm:
Our client is a world renowned law firm with an exceptional presence in SE Asia, particularly focusing on corporate, capital markets, securities, banking, projects and international arbitration. The Singapore office currently houses over 50 lawyers and was recently awarded a license to offer Singapore law advice.
The Role:
Due to continued expansion, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a junior corporate associate to join this leading law firm in Singapore. The office consists of more than 10 partners including a managing partner, and is looking for an individual with expertise of advising on the Singapore law aspect of corporate transactions. There are fantastic prospects to progress in this highly structured and supportive environment.
Requirements:
(a) 1-3 years PQE;
(b) Admitted to practice in Singapore;
(c) Corporate, private equity, and merger & acquisitions experience;
(d) Trained at a top flight Singapore firm;
(e) Strong academics, at least a 2:1 degree.
The Package:
You will enjoy an attractive remuneration package, which for some junior lawyers in Singapore could be as much as double your current salary.
