US firm seeks a Senior M&A Associate with 6+ years’ experience in their Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Group of their Shanghai office.   Admission in a common law jurisdiction is required plus experience in general mergers & acquisitions work, preferably obtained in China.  Fluent English and Mandarin skills.
