Are you thinking that practicing law isn’t for you but not sure how you can continue to utilise your skill sets? We have found that lawyers transition very well into our corporate affairs practice and we are looking for our next candidate.
De Wintern Group is an Australian owned communications consultancy with a reputation for delivering the highest quality client work. Based in our Melbourne office, the position will focus on taking your skills adapting them such that you can both develop and deliver strong communications programmes for clients.
Lawyers and higher end public relations practioners need similar skills including: writing, analysis, problem solving, account and client management (for those in practice). Added to that De Wintern is a leader in litigation communications and investor relations so litigation and M&A experience is also very useful.
We will teach you the skills you will require at this end and hope you will bring your strong professional practice skills with you. Experience in one or more of the Mining, Pharmaceutical, Financial Services and/or Technology sectors will be looked upon favourably.
We are ideally looking for candidates who have the passion and drive to help build their own success.
