Property Partner or Senior Associate - a once in a generation opportunity

With a long-standing and highly regarded presence in Commercial Property over a number of decades, this full-service law firm is seeking to appoint a Partner to act as 2IC of the Property team with the ultimate view of being Partner in Charge.

Upon joining, you will work closely with the current Partner in Charge to service a large and established client base spanning small to large private businesses and high net worth individuals within Melbourne’s residential and commercial property communities. You will have total responsibility to run your own files and you will be introduced to the current clients of the firm as the vital point of contact. The firm’s goal is for you to ultimately take over the existing practice.

To succeed in this role you must be experienced in managing team workflows, creating and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, able to lead and mentor lawyers and be passionate & committed to a career in commercial/property law.

The firm has a strong emphasis on maintaining a fulfilled and professional culture and will support you in developing a full equity career with it. As such, the position would suit either a current Partner or a Senior Associate. 

This role and firm will undoubtedly impress at all stages of the recruitment process.
