Fantastic opportunity for a mid level Property Lawyer to join this highly regarded Property practice of this leading Australian firm.
The ideal candidate will be between 3 to 4 years' PQE with broad Property experience with exposure in projects (covering site acquisition through to sale of the completed development), leasing and conveyancing.
This is an interesting and varied role working with well-regarded partners. You will be involved in a wide range of disposals and acquisitions, joint venture and development agreements, licences, easements as well as a range of commercial and industrial leasing.
Experience working for a top-tier or well respected property team coupled with a strong academic record are required for this role.
