Due to strong growth, the Tokyo office of this prestigious international firm is seeking a junior to mid-level lawyer to join its Major Projects Group. This Group advises major Japanese power utilities, manufacturing multinationals and trading houses on offshore projects and investments, with a strong focus on power, mining, oil & gas and renewable energy projects in various parts of the world. You will have 2 to 7 years of PQE with experience preferably in resources work, but experience in banking and finance, corporate or mergers and acquisitions will also be considered. You will also have excellent academics, Japanese language skills and strong drafting ability. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking to join a prestigious firm with excellent career prospects. You will work within a friendly, close-knit international team with secondment and international travel opportunities. A lucrative remuneration package awaits the successful candidate.
