Top tier PRC firm seeks to hire a senior US capital markets lawyer with native Mandarin language skills/Chinese background to be the firm’s PRC anti-trust specialist, based in Beijing.  The firm would welcome a US Capital Markets lawyers who is looking to make a change and would be interested in making this transition to specialize in anti-trust - a growing practice area.  Good hours on offer and prospects for partnership if this person is able to build the practice.  The candidate will be strategically involved in driving the business development of the anti-trust practice and will be involved in client-facing activities, whilst also having the ability to pick up the technical skills relating to anti-trust work. A lawyer with some prior anti-trust experience would be of particular interest.  Attractive pay for the right candidate.
