Our client, A leading Mid Tier firm has a strong history of success across a range of industry sectors. They are looking to capitalise on these strengths by pushing forward the growth of their Corporate offering in the middle market and accordingly are seeking to recruit several outstanding commercially minded Corporate lawyers.
Ideally you will have at least 3 to 6 years Corporate experience gained in a similar environment with a strong Academic record. You will be looking for a role where you can really step up and be a part of this exciting growth phase.
You will be involved in a broad range of Corporate matters from Private Equity, M&A, Joint Ventures and other general commercial work.
