Our client, a well-regarded International firm is looking to recruit several Senior Lawyers to join their highly successful M&A practice.
You will be working on high-end, complex M&A, IPO's and Private Equity matters which are often cross border in nature.
The ideal candidate will be between 7 to 10 years PQE, with specific expertise in regulated M&A, Schemes of Arrangements and Takeovers. Strong technical and commercial skills are critical coupled with strong client management and relationship skills.
