Our client, an International Top Tier firm is looking to bolster their well-regarded Corporate practice with an additional Senior Associate. You will be working with an exceptional team of industry leading Partners and Associates on complex, cross-boarder M&A, IPO's and Private Equity transactions coupled with a wide variety of more general Corporate Advisory work.
The ideal candidate will be between 5 to 7 years' PQE with relevant experience gained from a well-regarded mid to top tier Corporate practice. You will have had exposure to M&A transactions, Schemes of Arrangements and Takeovers ideally coupled with exceptional technical ability and the desire to work in a truly rewarding role in one of the leading Corporate practices.
