Our client, a leading Brisbane based law firm is looking to recruit a talented mid level lawyer to join their specialist Insurance team.
You will be reporting directly to a partner. The work will include Defendant work for WorkCover (a large portion of the role), Plaintiff work for CTP claims, Public liability claims and general insurance work
The ideal candidate will be able to handle files autonomously under the supervision of a Partner and have at least four years experience (including pre admission experience) conducting workers compensation and/or public liability insurance matters, acting for either claimants or defendants.
