This award winning Corporate M&A team is looking for several lawyers to join their busy, dynamic, close-knit and collaborative group.
They are looking for motivated, commercially astute mid to senior Corporate Lawyers, an interest in Asia and Asian language skills would be highly regarded. Their areas of expertise include Financial Institutions and Markets including funds management, corporate regulation, ASIC and ASX advisory
Private equity, negotiated and regulated M&A transactions, Energy, mining & resources and infrastructure related transactions
You will have an strong academic record and will have gained your experience in a top tier or large law firm working on significant M&A transactions and commercial matters.
