Our client, a well-regarded boutique CBD firm is looking for a mid to senior level lawyer to join their busy Commercial practice.
This is a broad role working for 2 partners and will involve working on general commercial agreements, mergers and acquisitions and private equity investment, general corporate law advice including corporate governance issues and employment law.
The ideal candidate will have abroad background gained in a similar environment with at least 3 to 5 PQE. You will have had experience and knowledge of commercial law including a grounding in capital gains tax and stamp duty, corporations law, employment law, competition law and intellectual property combined with excellent drafting skills, strong analytical, communication and research skills and a strong commitment to client service to build relationships and an active involvement in marketing and growing the firm's commercial practice.
