JOB DETAILS

Our client is an International law firm who is looking for a Mid to senior level associate (5 - 7 years) to work on transaction projects in the petroleum industry (upstream to downstream).

The ideal candidate must have top tier experience and the ability to manage teams of junior lawyers and to take a leading role on assets and corporate acquisitions and common development agreements (PSCs, JOAs, FOAs, GSAs, GTAs, EPCs) with limited partner supervision.

Local or regional experience and Arabic language are preferred, but not critical.
