The US securities and M&A group of an excellent firm in Hong Kong are looking for a strong US Capital Markets associate to join their growing team. This team has a glowing global reputation and is fast forging a similar one in the local Hong Kong market. You will specialise in capital markets transactions, in particular in equity capital markets, as well as cross-border mergers and acquisitions. This position gives you the opportunity to gain broad experience representing both underwriters and issuers across a range of product areas, including SEC-registered and global unregistered offerings, as well as ownership over the US portions of international transactions.
You need tohave the following skills/qualifications:
- US qualified
- Mid level Associate
- Mandarin speaking and writing skills required
- US capital markets experience
- Exposure to IPO work
- Drafting experience an advantage
- Training at top international law firm
