Mid-Level In-house Role - ATR 43

Our client is a diversified steel producer and building solutions provider operating internationally.

A new role has arisen in the asian legal team integrated part of the business providing seamless and value added legal and commercial advice on all day to day operating issues, new projects, acquisitions, corporate governance, corporate secretarial, business strategy etc.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years corporate/commercial experience gained with a well regarded private practice firm or from working in-house with other large multi-national corporations in the manufacturing sector or other industries.

Languages (such as Mandarin, Thai, Bahasa or Vietnamese) would be very useful but is not essential.

Construction law experience in the area of negotiation, contract drafting, contract administration and claims management would be an added plus.
