Mid-level Corporate M&A Associate - International firm in TOKYO

The Corporate/M&A Group of our client in Tokyo provides a comprehensive range of corporate and commercial legal services to both foreign clients investing in Japan, and Japanese clients investing abroad. One of the premier M&A teams in Tokyo, they are comprised of international and domestic lawyers and provide solution-oriented advice to meet client transactional needs.

You will work on a broad range of domestic and overseas transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, mergers (public and private), reorganizations, spin-offs and strategic alliances. 

They are particularly keen to speak to bilingual Japanese/English lawyers but they will consider exceptional all corporate lawyers who can evidence strong links to Japan.
