UK firm offering junior Corporate lawyers the chance to begin specialising in M&A work!
This well-established UK international law firm has a full service corporate practice with an impressive volume of high profile Hong Kong and PRC corporate transactions. It also boasts a number of leading partners in the field as well as prominent fee earners, who will be dedicated to training and development of the successful candidate in M&A matters.
You will be a junior corporate lawyer with prior experience at an international law firm. Regardless of how much M&A experience you had previously, solid general corporate experience is welcome. This is a good opportunity to leave behind IPOs and focus on M&A matters.
You will be Hong Kong, UK, US, Singapore or Commonwealth qualified with fluent English and Cantonese skills. The ability to read and write Chinese is essential.
