US firm seeks an M&A Associate with 3-5+ years’ experience in their Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Group of their Shanghai office.  They are looking for an associate with admission in a common law jurisdiction and experience in general mergers & acquisitions work, preferably obtained in China; fluent English and Mandarin skills a must.
