This leading UK law firm has a well established Litigation Group in China and is currently seeing an experienced individual to join their ranks.
The China Litigation Group is a full-service practice and has capabilities in all types of complex commercial, corporate and financial disputes in the form of litigation, arbitration, mediation or ADR. You will also be privy to learning from a prominent disputes partner in the region whose unique practice within the China market focuses on China related issues, regulatory compliance and investigations and also covers a wide range of industries.
You will be a senior associate with at least 6 to 10 years of post qualification experience and be familiar with general commercial litigation work, preferably from an international law firm or a top-tier PRC firm. A candidate with investigations experience would be a big bonus. Chinese language skills, both written and spoken Mandarin, are essential as well as fluent English.
