Legal Counsel – Taiwan

The role will work closely with the Taiwanese Leadership Team reporting into the Regional Counsel for Greater China.  In the role you will provide legal and compliance support to the Taiwan business, liaising and supporting other lawyer within the regional team.

Day to day you will:

  • Manage all legal and compliance issues across Taiwan;
  • Provide compliance training programmes for the Taiwanese businesses; and
  • Manage day to day legal affairs including drafting/negotiating commercial contracts, reviewing marketing and advertising as well as dealing with IP and employment issues.

To be successful in the role you will be 5+ years post qualified lawyer with commercial experience, admitted to practise law in Taiwan and be fluent orally and in writing in English and Chinese.
