A leading healthcare company is on the lookout for a well-qualified counsel to handle all its legal matters in China.
The successful candidate will provide sound and timely legal advice and pro-active support to all business divisions and functional groups on business initiatives and issues, in-line growth and new product launches, marketing programs in consultation with the Legal Director; along with providing legal support on China and US government/regulatory inquiries and other internal investigations, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, as needed, M&A projects experience is a must.
To apply for this position, you are required to hold an LLB or higher from a reputed university in China, along with possessing 8+ yrs pqe. Candidates with in-house experience in pharmaceutical MNC’s and/or commercial practice experience in a top-tier law firm are preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Chinese are mandatory to this role. REF: 10546/AB
