A leading US firm is looking for a mid-senior level finance associate to work in their Hong Kong or China offices.
Finance is a continuously busy and interesting area of the market in Asia specifically the . With a variety of high quality deals in the pipeline for 2012, like many US firms they are still keen to grow their platform. Whether it be outbound China deals, project finance or leverage finance, this firm is famous for being involved in the best deals in the market. With a long standing reputation in the region and some of the most highly thought of partners, this is a great opportunity for a star associate to get very broad exposure, work in a colligate culture.
This is an opportunity for a mid-senior level associate or an ambitious of counsel/junior partner to join and elite establishment and work with the best on the best deals.
You will need:
- At least 3 years post qualification experience at one of the leading US or International law firms
- Stellar academics
- Fluency in Mandarin
- Strong finance background in any area
- Ability to get on well with colleagues
- Think on your feet
- Ambition for partnership
- Ability to work on a very broad range of complex finance deals
