Junior In-House Banking Legal Counsel

This renowned financial institution seeks to recruit a junior lawyer to support it busy corporate lending business in Asia.  The successful candidate will join a small legal team with excellent exposure to training and development by working closely to the Head of Legal coupled with experience with a broad base of banking products. The position comes with a close proximity to the front office business which is unparallel at such a junior level.

Applicants should have experience with corporate lending transactions including asset-based lending, structured finance and cash flow lending and the documentation that supports these transactions (LMA’s).

The position comes with excellent working hours. An excellent first move in-house.

Applicants should have between one (1) and (4) years experience.
