Our client, a leading global firm with an established presence in Asia, is currently seeking a junior Finance Associate to join the Korean team in its Hong Kong office. The firm is looking for a newly qualified or junior lawyer who has excellent academics and has trained at a top international law firm. You must also be fluent in written and spoken Korean. This is a fabulous opportunity for a junior lawyer looking to launch their career with a leading firm. In this role you will be involved in advising on a broad and challenging variety of financial transaction work including securitisations, structured finance transactions, international debt capital markets, derivatives (ISDA documentation), and securities regulatory matters. You will be working for a market leading partner in a supportive and collegiate team environment, where you will receive excellent mentoring.
