A leading US firm that is well-established in Hong Kong and has a long track record in delivering on the leading deals in this sector is looking for an ambitious associate to build upon their successful banking team. Known for their work in both domestic and cross-border transactions, the team represents financial institutions and corporations across the full range of financing transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong trilingual lawyer to specialize in the banking space, with a particular focus on bilateral and syndicated financing. This firm has a strong book of business and recent senior additions to the team ensure that this book will grow stronger. With such a strong pipeline, this is an excellent opportunity to stretch your skills and gain high-profile responsibilities.
The firm is looking for someone with the following skills:
* 3-5 years of post qualification experience
* experience in syndicated and bilateral financing as well as general banking
* fluent Cantonese/ Mandarin skills (both spoken and written)
* admission in Hong Kong is preferable
