Based inSingapore, you will work on cross border deals, mostly working on debt and equity transactions with aUSsecurities law component. You will need to have experience with US securities law including 144A offering and SEC-registered offering, as well as experience with general regulatory gained with a highly rated US firm. You must have excellent academics and good interpersonal skills.
