In-House Banking and Finance Lawyer

Our client, a renowned financial institution seeks to recruit a five year pqe banking and finance lawyer to join its busy legal team focusing on a wide variety of banking and financial products for corporates, financial institutions, developers and investors. The focus of the South East Asia business is predominately aimed at the transportation and commodities sector and experience within this sector would be advantageous. This position comes with a generous remuneration package and excellent working hours.

Applicants should have five years' post qualification experience at a recognised international or Singaporean law firm focusing on banking and financial transactions. The prospective joiner will demonstrate the required technical and analytical skills suitable for the role and the ability to present sound and persuasive ideas or opinions. Communication, judgement and problem solving skills will be paramount.
