Excellent opportunity for a high-calibre litigator to join a leading global investment bank in this newly created regional position.
You will handle a range of issues arising from the bank's activities throughout the Asian region including handling investigations, handling litigation and all forms of dispute resolution and working closely with the business to identify potentially contentious matters. A solid background in commercial litigation and financial services regulatory work from a top-tier international practice is essential. Fluent spoken Cantonese and written Chinese (traditional characters) is essential.
