The work will be varied and you will get exposure to both equity and debt transactions.You must be US qualified, speak mandarin, be able to demonstrate a successful track record in a top US practice and with sound technical knowledge of US Securities Law. Experience in Asia would be helpful but is not essential.The client will look for a real commitment to living and working in Hong Kong.
