JOB DETAILS

Our client is one of the highest profile law firms in Hong Kong and they have a prestigious global brand.

Their transactional practice in Hong Kong is consistently busy and they seek to expand with the appointment of a new associate with up to 5 years' relevant experience. The work will be varied and you will get exposure to both equity and debt transactions.

You must be US qualified, speak mandarin, be able to demonstrate a successful track record in a top US practice and with sound technical knowledge of US Securities Law. Experience in Asia would be helpful but is not essential.

The client will look for a real commitment to living and working in Hong Kong. They offer a generous package which will equate favorably to New York rates.
