Our client, a leading UK firm with an established presence in Asia, is currently looking for a senior associate or junior partner to join its expanding China Financial Markets team in China, with the option of being based in Beijing or Shanghai. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing the firm's financial markets practice in China, with the support of the firm's Hong Kong international financial markets team. You will be expected to develop relationships with international and PRC clients, with scope to develop a team to support you. You will have 6+ years PQE with an international or domestic law firm and ideally will have significant PRC regulatory knowledge. You will have native level Mandarin and fluency in English.
