This is a great opportunity to join this leading US firm who are looking to recruit an Equity Capital Markets associate for their London office.
This leading internationally focused US firm has built an excellent reputation within Equity Capital Markets, and represents a wide range of issuers and borrowers, including major international corporations, sovereign issuers, regional issuers and supra national issuers.
The London office has been particularly active in recent years, and they have advised on a wide variety of high profile Equity and Debt Capital Market issues.
They are now looking for an outstanding individual to join their London based Equity Capital Markets team.
Any successful candidate would currently be a member of the Capital Markets team of a leading UK or US firm, and have advised on complex and technically challenging matters.
An excellent academic record coupled with either a UK or US qualification is a must.
