What we are looking for:

• 3 to 6 years PQE (UK qualified)
• good academic results a university degree of 2.1 (or equivalent) and above)
• strong technical background in general finance and debt capital markets (preferably to include MTNs, convertible and exchangeable bonds, secured bonds, asset backed securities and securitisations);
• experience gained in an international firm and/or on international transactions would be an advantage

The successful candidate will:

• be part of the international finance practice that advises both on English law and Singapore law matters
• work on complex off shore and onshore transactions with leading lawyers in the market and be part of a well-regarded and expanding team.

The position will provide the opportunity to gain a breadth of Finance experience in areas including:

• · GMTN & EMTN programmes
• · Convertible/Exchangeable Bonds
• · High yield bonds
• · Structured financing
• · Project bonds
• · Asset backed securities
• · Other general financing work including emerging markets work
