This well-regarded global firm with established offices in the Asian region and a market-leading M&A practice is looking for a mid-level cross-border M&A lawyer to join its China Practice group. You will have between 3 and 5 years of PQE and excellent academics from a commonwealth university. You will also have solid experience of financial services and M&A/joint ventures, in both a transactional and advisory capacity, gained in Hong Kong and China. In this role you will enjoy a high degree of autonomy, with the opportunity to independently run transactional deals and prepare written advice on corporate and regulatory issues.
