Our client, a well regarded international firm with an established presence in Asia, is currently seeking a junior corporate/ M&A lawyer to join its busy Shanghai office. In this role you will be given considerable autonomy and have client facing and project management responsibilities from the outset, including managing multiple projects at a time. It goes without saying that you will need to be very well organised and able to meet tight deadlines under pressure. You will also need excellent English language skills and 2 to 3 years of PQE in a top local or international firm, and solid corporate, M&A and private equity experience. You may be qualified in the PRC or a commonwealth jurisdiction. You will enjoy working for an impressive blue chip client base and working alongside some of the PRC's leading corporate partners. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking to fast-track their career, getting first hand experience advising on cross-border M&A, real estate and private equity transactions throughout China.
