This well known, national, mid-tier firm are seeking to employ a Corporate/Commercial lawyer of 4-7 years' standing approximately.
You will demonstrate strong corporate and commercial drafting skills, including experience in a wide range of commercial agreements, joint ventures etc and have sound knowledge of the Corporations Act. You will have a genuine interest in being part of a close knit and friendly team who work effectively together. You will have the ability to manage teams of junior and mid-level lawyers and possess commercial acumen and a strong client focus.
This is an intertesting position working closely with very experienced and friendly partners.
