The legal market is picking up again. Due to the market situation, some of the associates are considering IPO may not be sustainable and would like to get a wider exposure on M&A and PE works. There are a lot of cross-broader M&A and PE works which will be happening in Hong Kong.

There is a lot of growth in this firm and they are well placed across Asia to tackle the biggest matters in the region. You must have:
v Strong academic background
v Trained and worked in an international law firm in the corporate team
v Have had high levels of responsibility and client exposure
v Mandarin language skills would be advantageous
