Wall Street law firm is looking to expand its Beijing office and seeks junior and mid-level US qualified corporate lawyers to join its team.  The ideal candidate will be academically strong and a JD graduate from top tier US law school; and will have gained solid experience in M&A/PE/FDI work from other top tier international firms in China.  Capital markets experience would be an advantage.  Strong English and Native Mandarin language skills are essential.
