Our client, a well-regarded National Mid Tier firm is looking to recruit a junior Corporate lawyer to join their thriving Corporate /Commercial team.
You will be working closely with 2 highly respected partners undertaking a broad digest of Corporate / Commercial work with an Infrastructure flavour. Advising domestic and international government agencies, sponsors, funders, construction contractors and operators. This department has particular expertise in the ports, airports, aviation, defence and transport sectors advising a broad range of companies.
To be considered for this role, you will possess:
* At least 2 years' PQE gained from a similar Corporate environment, ideally with exposure to Infrastructure work
* A strong Academic record
* Be a team player with a commercial approach
