Our client, a leading UK firm with an established and well resourced office in Tokyo is currently seeking a mid-level corporate lawyer to join its corporate and commercial group, based in Tokyo, focusing on M&A, joint ventures and general corporate work. You will have excellent academics and 2 to 4 years of PQE with a broad range of corporate law experience gained with a leading international firm. You will also have native level English language skills and fluency in Japanese and preferably be qualified in England & Wales. The successful candidate will enjoy working with several well regarded partners for an impressive list of blue chip clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious corporate lawyer keen to develop their career with a leading international firm, taking advantage of great training and a lucrative remuneration package.
