The Hong Kong office of this top tier Wall Street firm is currently looking for a mid-level Corporate Associate to join its thriving Corporate practice.  You will be Hong Kong qualified and have 3 to 5 years of PQE, ideally acquired with a leading international firm. You will have both M&A and HK IPO experience and you will be fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin (and written Chinese). In this role you will enjoy working with several well-known partners and other bright and friendly associates, focusing on Hong Kong IPOs and cross-border M&A transactions.  You will work within a team that remains busy, despite the general slow-down in the market.  You will work on some of HK’s most high profile transactions and you will enjoy an excellent training program.  In addition to paying New York rates, our client offers an attractive COLA package, and a collegiate working environment.
