Our client a well-regarded national mid tier firm is looking to recruit a mid level lawyer to join their thriving Insurance practice.
You will be exposed to a blue chip client base working on Commonwealth compensation matters predominantly in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. Your day to day responsibilities will involve managing and attending to all aspects of each file, drafting primary decisions, formulating litigation strategies, attending preliminary conferences, preparation of matters for hearing including briefing counsel.
The ideal candidate will have between 3 to 5 years' PQE with defendant Insurance Litigation experience (Commonwealth compensation experience (preferably) or state compensation experience would be a benefit).
