Opportunity for a lawyer with 5+ years pqe to work in a mid tier firm in a challenging and rewarding role.
This role is really for someone who is looking for the opportunity to work as a 2IC to a Commercial partner working on a variety of transactional matters.
The client base includes small to medium companies and high net worth individuals and the role will include working on a range of transactions worth up to $50M.
The type of matters include business formation, structuring, operational transactions, vehicles to carry on business (such as companies, trusts, partnerships, joint ventures), shareholder agreements and changes in ownership, property and disputes.
The right candidate for this role is someone who is client focused and able to build and maintain client relationships, with an emphasis on client management.
Ideally you will have five or more years experience in a similar role and be looking to take a step into a firm where opportunity presents itself to those who seek it.
