Our client, a prestigious international firm with an established and well-resourced office in Beijing, is now looking for a senior associate to join the China Practice group in its Beijing office, to undertake work for clients in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. You will have 5 or more years of PQE and have experience in a broad range of China outbound M&A and related work, ideally acquired at a leading law firm. You will also be fluent in written and spoken Mandarin. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking for excellent career prospects and the opportunity to work as part of a dedicated team in a challenging, dynamic practice. A very generous remuneration package will be on offer for the successful candidate.
