The firm is currently seeking a mid-level associate to join its global team, to be based in Hong Kong, where you will be involved in advising on a broad spectrum of capital markets issues including equity, debt, regulatory capital and equity-linked (convertible and exchangeable) bond issues, structured finance transactions and the full range of derivative and securitised products. You will have 4 or more years of PQE, possess exceptional legal and technical skills, and currently be practising in Capital Markets or a related finance group with considerable transactional experience.
