Newly created position with Leading European bank for an IT/general commercial lawyer to be responsible for all business services agreements eg outsourcing, IT, vendor contracts on a regional basis. Candidates with strong commercial contracts experience/IT/ outsourcing experience preferred together with mature attitude.
Must be able to communicate effectively, have strong negotiating and drafting skills. Top law firm training necessary. Ideal candidate will be able to work independently and liaise effectively with senior business leaders. Regional role with lots of contact with senior business leaders.
